The room was extremely clean and the hotel staff was amazing.

The hotel was very clean and our room was beyond our expectations. It was close to the airport, which they offer a shuttle service for after 5 am, and numerous restaurants. The hotel also included a continental breakfast but we didn't get to enjoy it because we had to leave so early for our flight. ...read more

Close to Atlanta Airport and free shuttle. Manager responded to my requests for more bedding and towels. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast.
Hot tub was luke warm. Pool smelled bad. They weren't ready for us. Restaurant was closed at 7:30 PM and we had to wander streets to find supper.

Near the airport but eating establishments are not very convenient. I was able to print out our boarding passes for our flight the next day. The fitness center was closed - disappointing my young adult boys. The hot tub was not hot. The pool was mediocre. The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark for sleep. ...read more

The cleaness is good and the location.
The staff seems to be working against their will or something like that.

As I already told you, the staff was not friendly even the guy who drives the van!!! the swimming pool was extremely cold and the jacuzzi was 'out of order'. Anyway, my experience was not favorable...

The staff was friendly and the community area was well kept.
Stopped breakfast too soon, bathroom door does stay open, our room was on the same floor as smoking rooms & hallway smelled of heavy smoke.

We love Priceline and will continue to use them but we would not stay at this hotel again. Our room had dirt that accumulated around the sink and microwave area. The bathroom door would not stay open. We had to walk through heavy cigarette smoke filled hallway to get to our room, and the stopped breakfast too early. We could not even get a cup of coffee, which most hotels will have available as courtesy. ...read more
